A bold new era for the Marvel Cinematic Universe began in 2021 on Disney+ with the wildly successful WandaVision<\/i><\/b> and The Falcon and the Winter Soldier<\/i><\/b>, but Marvel Studios certainly hasn\u2019t been resting on its laurels in terms of upcoming cinematic blockbusters. Not only does Marvel have Shang-Chi<\/i><\/b>, Eternals<\/i><\/b>, Thor 4<\/i><\/b> and Doctor Strange 2<\/i><\/b> all in various stages of production, there are also TV series on the way:\u00a0Hawkeye<\/i><\/b>, Ms Marvel<\/i><\/b>, Moon Knight<\/i><\/b> and She-Hulk<\/i><\/b>!<\/p>\n
\u00a0<\/span>2020 was the first time in more than a decade without a single Marvel Studios film in release. Though the year was meant to usher in Phase 4 of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, the effects of a real worldwide pandemic halted the company\u2019s momentum as release dates had to be postponed to deal with theater closures, safety concerns, and production shutdowns.<\/p>\n Though completely delayed, Phase 4 will still begin in theaters with Black Widow<\/i>, the film bearing the brunt of the sliding release schedules, set to release in July 2021. \u00a0And once it finally makes its way to theaters, Marvel\u2019s domination of box office charts will no doubt resume.<\/p>\n In lieu of a feature film, the Disney+ series WandaVision<\/i> ushered in Phase 4 this past January, with The Falcon and the Winter Soldier<\/i> following in March and Loki <\/i>due to hit the Disney+ service in June.<\/p>\n Beyond that, of course, the horizon includes some exciting additions to Marvel\u2019s universe, like Mahershala Ali as Blade, Tatiana Maslany as She-Hulk, and the eventual arrival of Marvel\u2019s first family, The Fantastic Four.
