  • Absence of trust (and not being vulnerable)
  • Fear of conflict (and artificial harmony)
  • Lack of commitment (and ambiguity over goals)
  • Avoidance of accountability (and low standards)
  • Inattention to results (instead focusing on individual status and ego).
